What to do now: Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and call us immediately. This is a dental emergency — don't delay.

Lost Crown or Filling

A missing crown or filling leaves the tooth exposed and vulnerable to decay, sensitivity, and further damage. It needs to be replaced promptly.

What to do now: Keep the crown if you find it. Apply dental cement (pharmacy) temporarily if needed. Call us to get it replaced same-day.

Knocked-Out Tooth

A tooth that is completely knocked out can often be saved — but only if you act within 30–60 minutes. Time is critical.

What to do now: Handle by the crown only (not the root), rinse gently, and place it back in the socket or store in milk. Call immediately.

Dental Abscess

A pimple-like bump on your gum, persistent bad taste, or severe throbbing pain may indicate an abscess — a pocket of infection requiring immediate treatment.

What to do now: Do not try to drain the abscess yourself. Rinse with warm salt water and call us immediately.
