All on 4 uses four implants per arch; All on 6 uses six. All on 6 provides more stability and is typically recommended when there is more bone loss. We review your 3D scans during your consultation and recommend the option best matched to your bone structure and long-term goals.

Most adults missing most or all of their teeth, or who have multiple failing teeth, are strong candidates. You need to be in reasonable general health. Even patients with some bone loss often qualify because of the angled placement technique used in All on X. A free consultation will give you a clear answer.

Most patients are surprised by how comfortable it is. We offer nitrous oxide, anesthesia, and IV sedation through a visiting specialist right here at our office. Post-procedure discomfort is typically mild and manageable with over-the-counter medication. Most patients return to light activity within a few days.

The titanium implants are designed to last a lifetime. The prosthetic teeth are highly durable and can last 20 to 30 years or more with proper care and regular check-ups. Your long-term success is something we stay invested in every step of the way.
